D.E.R.™ 663UE Solid Epoxy Resin is a low molecular weight solid reaction product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A. 

D.E.R. 663UE Epoxy Resin is designed for decorative powder coating applications requiring excellent flow and gloss. The low melt viscosity and fast reactivity of D.E.R. 663UE Resin make this resin particularly suitable for the formulation of hybrid powder coatings. Improved flow and surface finish can be obtained when using D.E.R. 663UE Solid Epoxy Resin in combination with polyester resins using polyester to epoxy ratios from 50/50 up to 80/20 parts by weight. The resin can also be used alone with conventional curing agents for pure epoxy powder coatings.
